• 安裝手動下載的更新包：

• 使用疑難排解



• 關閉 UAC
• 移除「C:\Windows\System32\CATROOT2」「C:\Windows\Software Distribution」
• 使用 sfc, dism 工具
• sfc /scannow
• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /CheckHealth
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /ScanHealth
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
• 移除 \Wireshark / WinPcap

為了避免一直 [安裝] => 系統還原] 的無限循環，只好先關閉自動更新了：

• [Win]+R 執行 sconfig
• Windows Update 設定：選擇「手動」

也許等到 Windows Server 2016 SP 的安裝光碟出了之後再來重新安裝吧
